Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 April 2026

1. About these terms

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Fifth Arc Ltd (registered in England & Wales, 52 Whirlow Grove, Sheffield, United Kingdom — “we”, “us”, “Fifth Arc”) governing your use of Content Engine.

Content Engine is a Claude Cowork plugin and associated web service that lets you operate your Instagram Business or Creator account from inside Claude. By purchasing, installing, or using Content Engine you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the product.

2. Eligibility

To use Content Engine you must:

3. Your licence

When you purchase Content Engine, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the plugin and connect a single Instagram Business or Creator account, for your own business or personal use.

You may not:

If you need to manage multiple Instagram accounts, contact us — additional licences are available.

4. Pricing and refunds

Content Engine is sold for a one-time fee of $197 USD. There are no recurring charges from Fifth Arc.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email leon@cmdcentre.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund and revoke your licence. No questions asked.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe’s terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

You are separately responsible for the cost of your Claude subscription with Anthropic. Content Engine does not include or resell Claude.

5. Approval gate

Content Engine is designed so that no action that reaches a human outside your organisation happens without your explicit approval. This includes:

The plugin queues these as approval items. You review and approve each one in Claude before it is sent. By using Content Engine you accept responsibility for any item you approve.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Content Engine to:

We may suspend or terminate your licence without refund if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.

7. Third-party platforms

Content Engine depends on third-party services we do not control:

Outages, API changes, deprecations, or policy decisions by these providers may affect Content Engine’s availability or features. We will work in good faith to adapt, but we are not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms.

8. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we protect it. Our Data Deletion page explains how to delete your data.

9. Intellectual property

Fifth Arc Ltd retains all rights, title, and interest in Content Engine, including the plugin code, skill prompts, design, and documentation. Content you create using Content Engine (your captions, drafts, posts, replies) belongs to you.

10. Disclaimers

Content Engine is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will be accurate, suitable, or compliant with any specific platform policy.

You are responsible for reviewing any draft before approving it. AI output may contain errors, hallucinations, or inappropriate suggestions — the approval gate exists for this reason.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fifth Arc Ltd’s total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these terms or the product is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

12. Termination

You may stop using Content Engine at any time. To delete your data, see our Data Deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if a third-party platform we depend on revokes our access. If we terminate without cause within 14 days of purchase, you receive a full refund.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address linked to your licence. Continued use of Content Engine after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where infringement is occurring.
